Are you a self-driven B2B sales professional ready to grow a strong business even further?
TecPac, a leader in sustainable packaging and weather protection solutions, is looking for a a self-driven Sales Manager to join their team. In this role, you will take ownership of both new customer acquisition and the growth of existing accounts. You work primarily in the Nordics, with potential to expand to central Europe, based on business opportunities. In the role you report to the Commercial Director, based in Finland.
Your Key Responsibilities
- Seek new clients and manage a portfolio of existing key accounts
- Identify and pursue new business opportunities in assigned territories (e.g., weather protection solutions tailored for the construction industry)
- Negotiate and close customer contracts independently
- Act as a strategic partner to customers, ensuring long-term, trust-based relationships
What we expect from you?
- 5-10 years of B2B sales experience with revenue responsibility
(Experience in sawmill and packaging industry is a plus) - Fluency in English (and preferably one of: Swedish, Finnish, or German)
- Proven track record in customer acquisition and key account development
- Strong negotiation, communication, and presentation skills
- Independent, entrepreneurial mindset, comfortable working solo and remotely
- Willingness to travel
- Valid driver’s license
