That’s why we are hiring a Vice President, Global Sales reporting to me.

In this role, you will be at the forefront of Tuxera’s transformation:
– Defining and executing our global sales strategy
– Building and scaling a world-class international sales team
– Driving customer success with some of the biggest names in automotive, aerospace, industrial IoT, defense, and consumer electronics

This is a unique chance to shape the future of a profitable, innovation-driven deep-tech company whose software already powers billions of devices worldwide.

We are looking for a proven international sales leader who thrives in deeptech and enterprise software, has scaled revenues from tens of millions to €100M+, and knows how to build customer-first, high-performing teams across EMEA, APAC, and the US.

We are running this search together with Jesse Kannosto, an experienced professional in executive search — combining open applications with direct search to make sure we find the very best.
